2. B Yes, but provided that the owner of the vehicle notifies about it in advance and in writing to the vehicle’s manufacturer or agency.
3. C Yes, but only if the change is made by a licensed garage.
4. D Yes, but only with a written pre-approval of the Licensing Authority.
