A license of a new driver shall be extended for two years as a new driver license, if the driver was convicted of the following offence:

1. A Not stopping where a “right of way” signpost is placed.
2. B Not placing a “new driver” sign on the vehicle’s rear window.
3. C Driving a motor vehicle without valid insurance.
4. D Not stopping before a level crossing, when stopping is imperative.
